This website provides general information about RoofHaven and a way to request roofing and exterior services. By using it, you agree to these terms.

No exterior diagnosis online

Website content, calls, text messages, and submitted photos do not replace an on-site evaluation. Exterior conditions can be concealed, and a final recommendation or scope depends on the conditions RoofHaven can inspect.

Estimates and project terms

Website content is not a contract or price quote. Any work, price, warranty, schedule, payment term, or project commitment is governed by the written proposal or agreement accepted for that project.

Storm and insurance information

RoofHaven may document visible roof conditions and explain repair or replacement options. Your insurance carrier determines coverage, claim value, and approval. RoofHaven does not guarantee an insurance outcome.

Product information

Products, colors, manufacturers, and availability may change. Final product selections and system components are stated in the written project agreement.

Website availability

We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may update the site and these terms from time to time.
